A Prospective, Double-Blinded, Multi-Center Pivotal Trial of Autologous Adult Adipose-Derived Regenerative Cell Injection into Chronic Partial-Thickness Rotator Cuff Tears

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Adipose-Derived Regenerative Cell (ADRC) injection into a partial-thickness rotator cuff tear. Effectiveness will be demonstrated in a superiority trial design by comparing improvement in pain and function after a single ADRC injection into a partial-thickness rotator cuff tear to a single corticosteroid injection into the subacromial space.
