The primary objective of this study is to (1) assess the durability of various cell-based procedures in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (OA) as compared to the corticosteroid control, (2) correlate PROs of three cell-based procedures in the treatment of knee OA to prior imaging, cell characterization, demographic data at 2- and 3-years post treatment as compared to the corticosteroid control, and (3) compile comparative prognostic data following each treatment that may better inform clinical decision making.
