The objective of this study is to compare and quantify the cellular content (in-vitro) of the mobilized platelet rich plasma (M-PRP) products harvested a standard four-day filgrastim mobilization regimen vs. one-day pegfilgrastim regimen. This study is useful to further develop optimized point of care orthopaedic product in the future.
