Baptist Health Care designates this activity for a maximum of sixteen and a half (16.5) AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM . Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that occasionally things happen that may prevent you from attending the conference. If you are unable to attend, please note the options below. If notice of cancellation is received 31 days or more prior to the scheduled start date of the course, a full refund (minus credit card processing fees) will be provided. If the notification is received between 21 and 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the course, a 50% refund (minus credit card processing fees) will be provided. If the notification is received less than 21 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course, no refund will be given. Please note: substitutions (name changes) are accepted at any time prior to the scheduled start date of the course. Please be advised in the case of conference cancellation, Andrews Research & Education Foundation (AREF ) and/or its partner providers are not responsible for any travel penalties or expenses you may incur.  AREF reserves the right to cancel this course due to insufficient enrollment or other hinderances as deemed necessary.  If a course is cancelled, AREF will provide credit to attend a future course or courses.
