Quantification of Peripheral Hematopoietic Progenitor Cell Circulation Following Repeated Acute, Vascular Restriction Resistance Exercise Using the Delfi Tourniquet System

The primary objective of this study is to quantify the cellular content (in vitro) of mobilized hematopoietic stem cells and CBC data extracted from peripheral blood before exercise and at 0-, 20-, 40-, and 60-minute intervals following exercise.

Post-exercise lactate levels will be recorded to provide insight into the fitness development and endurance shift of each subject.

The primary effectiveness endpoint will be the quantification of mobilized hematopoietic stem cells and CBC data extracted from peripheral blood before exercise and at 0-, 20-, 40-, and 60-minute intervals following exercise.

Secondary effectiveness endpoints include post-exercise lactate levels and participant demographics.
